Take a journey with a professional nature guide to a private 75-acre property in Manoa Valley for an exclusive 2-mile hike to a 200-foot natural waterfall. At the trailhead, you'll be issued snacks and water bottle with optional rubber boots and rain jacket. The narrated 2-mile (round-trip) nature hike leads you past a jungle stream and a mountain pool before reaching the magnificent falls. Take a rest and some photos at the falls before a short hike back over a scenic ridge-top viewing the valley's tropical plants, flowers and trees.

Jump back in the van with your guide and travel through tropical rainforests, past Puowaina (Punchbowl Crater) to the top of Pu'u'ohia (Tantalus). Get your bike gear (Trek Mountain bike with front suspension and Bell helmet) and receive instruction for a 5-mile downhill decent on a paved jungle road. Along the way you'll stop at Manoa Lookout for pictures and narratives. Once you reach the grassy park at the bottom you can enjoy a delicious deli-style lunch before returning to Waikiki.

Rated: Hike is rated moderate, less than 100' elevation gain through 1-mile hike to the falls (2-miles round trip)
